Shipping policy
Shipping fees are not determined by H2H Healing Boutique. The fee is determined by the shipping program Shippo.
Orders are shipped out on Tuesday and Thursdays to avoid items sitting in mailing distribution centers over weekend dates.
If there is a National Holiday items will be placed into shipping process status after the holiday.
Process and Shipping time are not the same and should be noted when purchasing certain items.
H2H Healing Boutique is responsible for filling your order and mailing the item(s) to the address you provide. We are not liable for any damage caused once the items have left the facility. We are also not responsible for any shipping delays after the item has left the facility.
